By registering a customer account or by using the services available to you on the Sites you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Collection of your Personal Information

Use of the services available on the Sites requires you to create a customer account. When you create an account, you will be asked to provide your [name, address, credit card and/or invoice details, telephone number, date of birth, and email address]. This information may be combined with information obtained from other sources.

There is also information about your usage of the services available on the Sites that is automatically collected by SurveyPirate. This information may include times on which you log on to or off from your customer account on the Sites, services that you use and the scope of such usage and any information that you upload, transmit, distribute or otherwise make available through the services available on the Sites. This information is used by SurveyPirate for the operation of the Sites, to improve and maintain quality of the services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the services available on the Sites. This data may also be used to deliver customized content and advertising to customers.

As do most websites, SurveyPirate also use internet technologies, like cookies and web beacons, to obtain information. A "cookie" is a text file placed on your computer's hard drive by a website. Control of your Personal Information

As part of the customer account creation process, you will be given the choice as to whether you would like to receive marketing information relating to SurveyPirate products and services and whether you would like to share your contact information and usage data with other selected companies for their own marketing uses. You can change these contact and data sharing preferences at any time by accessing your customer account on the Sites.

Security of your Personal Information

SurveyPirate secures the personal information you provide to the service on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When you create your customer account, you will be asked to create a password to protect your account and the information contained therein. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.

Changes to this Statement

SurveyPirate will occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how SurveyPirate is protecting your information.
